A Stretch
Today, I had my first job interview, a monumental event in my life thus far.
It was for the position of an assistant at a portrait studio. Seems simple enough, but it got real tricky real fast. I had to share with an almost complete stranger what color or animal I would be if I were to be a color or an animal. That's something I have not even shared with my closest friends. (green and a bird btw.)
But THEN. I had to stand before this woman and pretend that she was a two-year-old and make all sorts of noises and faces in order to get her attention. Luckily, I have six years of experience making a complete fool of myself.
Drama class truly has prepared me for life.
